Mentor Capital Holdings BV is a Dutch investment and management firm with a global presence.

We seek to partner with companies that demonstrate high growth potential and are looking for a trusted partner to support and invest in accelerating their business development.

Guided by our vision to expand the group’s activities, we offer a unique collaboration model: providing capital investment and actively supporting business development and expansion, all while preserving the original business owner's core operations

Our approach goes beyond traditional investment and advisory services.

We are deeply involved in day-to-day marketing and expansion, working alongside company management to identify growth opportunities, drive expansion, and achieve a lasting impact.

Each year, we carefully select only one or two companies to ensure we can dedicate our full attention to delivering fast and meaningful results.

OUR PARTNERSHIP CRITERIA - WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We seek established companies that align with our values and meet the following key criteria:

  1. Experience and Reputation: We are interested in companies with a proven track record, ideally operating for at least five years and having established a solid presence in their respective markets. While their market presence may be modest, it demonstrates demand and interest in their products, reflecting operational stability, trust, and credibility within the industry.

  2. Preference for Manufacturing companies: Our primary focus is on companies that produce tangible, high-quality products with a proven market demand. We prefer to work with manufacturers who have a clear production process and the ability to innovate and scale their offerings.

  3. Certified Products: All products must meet relevant regulatory standards and certifications, ensuring compliance with industry requirements. This is essential for building trust with customers and entering highly regulated markets with confidence.

  4. Expanding Potential: We look for businesses operating within well-defined niches that have the potential to grow into new markets or explore different customer segments.

  5. International Vision: We seek partners with a global mindset—companies that are ready to take their business beyond local borders. We prioritize businesses with ambitions to expand into key international markets, particularly in the United States and Europe, where we have extensive networks, operations and experience.

  •  Market Expansion: We identify and pursue new niches, markets, and customer segments, broadening your company's reach and driving growth both locally and internationally.

  • Legal Support: We offer specialized legal expertise to review, analyze, and strengthen your existing and future contracts. Our team assists in negotiating favorable terms with suppliers, clients, and partners, ensuring compliance and protecting your business interests. (Please note: We do not provide legal advisory services).

  • International Operations: To support your global ambitions, we offer potential operational bases in the Netherlands, Romania, or the United States, providing strategic footholds to access European and U.S. markets more efficiently.
