MCH Investment ticket
We offer wise investment tailored to each startup depending on its development stage and several other factors that our analysis team constantly considers.
Our starting point is an investment of up to €500k in innovative financial acceleration support, including strong support on product, development, strategy, go-to-market, pitching, and more.
Unlike any local VC, we operate worldwide, cooperating with international funds, creating sophisticated financial structures that attract different funding channels.
Our "in progress" investment ticket is up to €15m.
MCH's founding team has strong experience in entrepreneurship, building both global and regional products for different markets. We have helped startups go from idea to funding, scaling, and exit successfully.

Having an entrepreneurial background with more than 20 years of experience, Alon is the founder of Mentor Capital Holdings and leads the group’s investment activities, along with the company’s portfolio, continuously expanding into new markets.
He carries a vast experience in financial and capital structuring, optimizing companies/project capabilities in terms of ROI, growth, and constant operational optimization.
He is An active entrepreneur and investor in large governmental projects and infrastructure development with significant experience in governmental bids, strategic PPP collaboration, privatization process, negotiations, and complex problem-solver within public institutions in CIS & Eastern Europe.
Alon is operating as an active investor and executive board director/board member in diverse business domains

Entrepreneur, business executive, and technologist with more than 25 years leading $MM global business and M&A processes in diverse sectors in Israel but mainly aboard (more than 40 different countries).
Former Vice President of business Development in the intelligence and cyber divisions, NICE and Elbit systems.
He is working very closely with investors, enterprises, and global companies with excellent skills in managing complex negotiations for international cooperation with potential customers and with appropriate interface and suppliers.
Extensive experience and knowledge in technological solutions for complex systems from different technological areas.
LTC (IDF) – A Lieutenant Colonel (reserve), served as a head of staff in artillery brigade in the Northern Command.
Formal education - B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management.

An experienced General Director with a vast history of working in the international investment, trade, and development industry. Skilled in Business Planning, Marketing Strategy & Management, Business Development, and company growth. For over 20 years, Osnat has been helping global companies from across industries and domains to develop and apply growth strategies.
Osnat currently serves as the managing partner of MCBA-Evo, a part of MCH group and the active marketing arm of the group. She is also an active board member within the group and offers her support in funding recruitment of project financing syndications when needed.
In addition to her work with direct clients & partners, she serves as the president of Business Women Forum Romania and Business Women Forum Netherlands, the largest business association in the region (7500+ B2B members).

Yaniv Elias

Financial manager with with a track-record of more than 15 years of experience in multiply financial rolls, referring to all kind of segments.
As a Finance Manager, he oversees all areas of finance and administration including, payroll, accounts payable and receivables, job costing, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking and reconciliations, and sales commission tracking.
He is providing strategic analysis for senior management to determine project and company profitability, prepares quarterly financial statements and special reports required by lenders, develops company policies and procedures, including writing and maintaining the Operations Manual and Employee Handbook, and ensures compliance with small business regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, industry standards, etc. Having a problem-solving mindset, he provides timely and relevant analysis and works as a team player to grow the company.
